Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the 24hr Pottery website at app.24hrpottery.com and our mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
24hr Pottery provides software that pottery studios use to manage memberships, classes, bookings, payments, retail sales, and door access. Studios are independent businesses. Each studio is responsible for its own memberships, classes, pricing, policies, refunds, and premises. 24hr Pottery is not a party to the agreement between you and your studio.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy a membership, class, gift card, or product, you authorize the charge, including recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the studio you purchased from.
Studio access
Door access is granted and revoked by your studio. Do not share your access with others. You must follow your studio's rules while on its premises.
